These Emails Generated $32.65 Million In New Patient Case Fees Last Year

One of the biggest mistakes we make as chiropractors is focusing almost all of our attention on getting brand-new leads…
… while neglecting to nurture the leads and patient base we’ve already worked so hard to get.
Almost every chiropractor I know gives up too early … way too early, on their leads … thinking that they’re no longer interested just because they didn’t become new patients immediately, or after just a week or two.
This is a HUGE mistake that’s costing you tens of thousands of dollars every month!
And what about your patient base?
They're the easiest people to get new cases from.
They already know, like and trust you!
You should be like their primary care doctor who they go see for different conditions.
The only reason that’s not happening is because you don’t stay in touch with them…
… so they don’t think of you when they have a new problem you could be helping them with.
Let me show you what would happen if you converted just an “extra” 1%-2% of your leads and inactive patients into new patient cases EVERY MONTH.
If you have just a small list of 500 email addresses, that’s 7-8 new patients a month… 90 new cases a year that you could be getting.
What would an “extra” 90 cases a year do for your income?… your lifestyle?
And what if you have a list of 1,000 names?
That would be an “extra” 15 new patient cases every single month. That’s 180 new cases every year… with ZERO marketing cost.
What if you have a list of 2,000?... 3,000?
These are leads & patients that you've already invested the time and money to get, but they're just going to waste because you aren’t nurturing them correctly, or worse… stopped communicating with them entirely.
Remember, when someone “raises their hand” indicating they are interested in what you’re saying and want to find out more, it doesn’t mean they’re ready to take the next step right away.
Think about yourself…
… you’re not always ready to immediately do something just because you were interested in an ad or piece of marketing you saw. It's the same with everyone else.
They need time to think about things and let the idea “grow on them.”
That’s the one thing you can’t control … when the timing is right for them.
They may be interested, but for many reasons, they’re not ready YET to set an appointment.
That's why you have to stay in touch.
There’s gold to be mined over weeks, months and even years, all right at your fingertips.
And “hands down” email is still the best way to stay in touch with, “nurture”, and convert your leads to new patients… quickly!
There are all kinds of media and channels, but email is still the center of the marketing universe. It's permission to be inside your customer’s personal space.
In fact, somebody who gives you their email address is 4½ times more likely to schedule an appointment with you.
Despite today's crowded inboxes, email is still generating the highest ROI among major marketing channels. But, like anything… only if it's done correctly!
You can’t just send out informative, “stat filled”, boring, emails.
Most chiropractors use short, “professional”, straight to the “sales pitch” type of emails that all look and sound the same.
You’ve got to get people stirred up. Get “under their skin” a bit.
Pique their interest on what they might be missing out on...
Fear of missing out (FOMO) is one of the biggest motivators there is.
You want them to keep thinking about treatment options their doctors aren’t telling them about, and maybe… don’t want them to know about.
But, as much as anything, they also have to be entertained… so they keep opening your emails.
Entertainment is the only “currency” that will purchase the time and attention of your prospect.
It’s why most of my emails start off with a story.
Everybody loves a good story.
Going back to the days when our ancestors sat around the fire, telling stories and spinning tall tales of adventure, to pass down the history, beliefs, and culture to the next generation.
Stories automatically engage people … draw them in … keeps them reading.
They can’t help but be curious to see what the next email says when it arrives in their inbox.
But to make the emails flow smoothly and easily, while they entertain … captivate … persuade ... and “sell”… takes years of practice, constant studying, more practice, and then more studying.
